Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2, 1981) is an South African actress, model and a TV personality. Having started her acting career with the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came in the form of her next role playing Naevia in the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared on numerous television series over the course of the last decade, such as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies and The Librarians. Brandt was the main character Mazikeen since 2016. The TV show Lucifer stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised in Cape Town, South Africa. She moved to Auckland, New Zealand with her family when she reached her twenties. Her career began as a model in print and commercial ads. Before she had a career as a model, Brandt was a saleswoman in the retail industry as well as an information-technology recruitment consultant. The role she played was Leilani an NZer in the sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. in 2021, her first significant role was in the role of Naevia the slave girl on Starz's Spartacus Blood and Sand. The character of Naevia was reprised on the Spartacus sequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her in three TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). She began playing Mazikeen the demon that seeks bounty on the hit Netflix show Lucifer. Her most memorable role is this one. She co-stars in the show together with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro as well as D. B. Woodside.
